Role and Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials and manufactured equipment at all production stages.
- Witness WPS and PQR activities and approve welders.
- Prepare QA procedures for NDE, testing, and specific ITPs.
- Coordinate third-party inspection agencies for inspections and approvals.
- Conduct fit-up, tack weld, assembly, welding, NDT, and leak-test inspections in the shop.
- Coordinate daily inspection calls with relevant departments.
- Manage ASME documentation and audits.
- Perform blasting and painting inspections.
- Prepare quality dossiers for client submission and approval.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- ASNT NDT Level II certification is preferred.
- Seven to ten years of experience in pressure vessel, tank fabrication, or heavy steel structural fabrication is preferred.
- Proficiency in ASME Section VIII, API 650, API 620, and Indian Standards is preferred.

- The work location is in person.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay is ₹600,000 to ₹750,000 per year.
