Overview

Job Requirements

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders on-site.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the seamless integration of design, construction, and site management.
• Monitor project progress, provide direction, and make decisions to mitigate risks or resolve issues on-site.
• Ensure that all work carried out on-site complies with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Oversee project budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Manage resource allocation on-site, ensuring materials, equipment, and labor are appropriately utilized and available.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and address challenges as they arise.
• Provide post-project analysis and feedback to help improve future project delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities within the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define target markets and pursue high-value opportunities.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote company capabilities and services.

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering – Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in architecture, construction, and project/site management.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, high-value architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including cost control and project forecasting.
• Ability to plan for and manage risks in complex projects and take swift, decisive action when needed.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and maintain long-term client relationships.
