About this role
- Conducting regular occupational and health assessments/surveillance on-site.
- Conducting planned medical & Emergency drill
- Providing immediate first aid and medical care in case of injuries or emergencies.
- Collaborating with the Health and Safety team to develop and implement safety protocols.
- Monitoring and promoting general health and well-being among the workforces.
- Managing and maintaining health records for all site personnel.
- Conducting occupational health and safety training sessions for workers.
- Collaborating with external medical professionals and services when necessary.
- Keeping abreast of industry occupational health and safety standards and regulations.
- Submit Weekly /Monthly occupational Health & Safety report (First Case/Medical treatment case /Injuries etc).
- Supervising trained First Aiders
- Collaborating with emergency response team ( ERT )
- Advising on the implementation of preventive health measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
- Professional certification, license or relevant OSH training is preferred.
