Site Merchandising Specialist

Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day homepage updates, ensuring content is timely, accurate, and brand-aligned • Curate and maintain Collection Landing Pages (CLPs) to support seasonal campaigns, regional product launches, and regional marketing strategies • Leverage CMS tools (primarily Contentful) to publish, edit, and optimize on-site content • Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, merchandising, and analytics) to align site content with campaign objectives and product priorities • Monitor and analyze site metrics (traffic, CTR, bounce rate, conversion, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and drive continuous improvements • Support new product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional moments through thoughtful site merchandising • Troubleshoot content issues and conduct regular QA to ensure an optimal site experience that is also on-brand • Stay informed on digital merchandising trends, UX/UI best practices, and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- Required:
- Role is based in Toronto, with 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) in office requirement • 3 - 5 years of experience in site merchandising, eCommerce, or digital content management • Hands-on experience using a CMS - Contentful experience strongly preferred • Familiarity with site performance tools such as Google Analytics, ContentSquare, or similar platforms • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and use insights to guide merchandising decisions • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment
- All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
- Pay Range
- $87,000 — $105,000 CAD
