Lead the overall operation of the site, ensuring service excellence across catering and hospitality services

Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership and key stakeholders

Manage financial performance, including budgets, labour costs, food costs and forecasting

Drive operational excellence through strong compliance, food safety and workplace health and safety practices

Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Ensure contractual obligations and key performance indicators are consistently achieved

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery

Manage recruitment, rostering, workforce planning and team engagement

Deliver regular reporting and business reviews to key stakeholders

Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability and customer satisfaction

Previous experience in a Site Manager, Operations Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar leadership role

Strong people leadership and team development skills

Demonstrated experience managing budgets and operational performance

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and customers

Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities

Experience within hospitality, education, facilities management, catering or service-based industries highly regarded

Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences

Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one) and relevant industry certifications as required
