Overview
An experienced
Site Manager
is required for a long-term role on a high-value, staged commercial construction project.
The development includes new-build retail, childcare, fuel, fast food and large-format commercial components, with multiple stages of ongoing work.
You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, drive the construction program, maintain quality standards and ensure a strong safety culture across site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities and subcontractors
- Drive program, productivity and site coordination
- Ensure WHS, SWMS, quality and environmental compliance
- Run inductions, toolbox meetings and site inspections
- Read and interpret drawings
- Liaise with the Construction Manager, client and project stakeholders
- Manage site access, traffic management and site security
- About you
- Proven Site Manager experience in commercial construction
- Strong WHS, quality and subcontractor management skills
- Experience on staged commercial projects
- Confident reading drawings and coordinating trades
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving ability
Experience With
fast food, retail, office, tilt panels and underground services
will be highly regarded.
