Overview
We are seeking experienced
Field Site Engineers (I&C)
to join our team for large-scale power and synchronous condenser projects in
Saudi Arabia
.
This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of Instrumentation & Control systems, from construction and installation to testing and commissioning.
Candidates must be currently based in or have the necessary credentials to work in
Saudi Arabia
.
We can consider candidates outside Saudi only if they have previous working experience in
Saudi Arabia
.

- Any of the Western regions in KSA (Jeddah, Riyadh, Tabuk,Yabu, Hayden, Yenakiya, Arras, Henakeyah)

Key Qualifications
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in
Instrumentation, Control, or Electrical Engineering
- .
- **Certification:**
- Must be approved by the
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
- .
- **Experience:**
Minimum
- 8 years
- of related experience, specifically within large power projects and synchronous condenser projects.
- **Technical Expertise:**
- Strong background in HV switchgears, transformers, and general electrical equipment.
- **Standards:**
- Proficiency in international codes such as IEC, ISA, NFPA, NEC, API, and the Saudi Grid Code.
Core Responsibilities
- **Supervision:**
- Oversee the construction, erection, and commissioning of I&C systems to ensure EPC contract compliance.
- **Technical Review:**
- Evaluate EPC contractor drawings, work plans, and technical documents for I&C systems.
- **Quality & Safety:**
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to strict performance, safety, and quality standards.
- **Testing:**
- Witness and verify pre-commissioning checklists, I&C calibration records, reliability runs, and performance testing.
- **Coordination:**
- Act as a technical advisor to the owner (SEC) and coordinate between EPC contractors and design teams.
Skills Required
- Excellent English communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Ability to prepare detailed weekly/monthly progress reports and manage corrective actions.
