Site HSE Engineer (Construction Supervision)

• HSSE Plan Enforcement

• On-Site Audits & Inspection

• Conduct regular, proactive HSSE audits and inspections across the site to monitor activities, record all safety defects, and ensure continuous adherence to approved HSSE practices.
• Incident Management:
• Lead accident and incident investigations on site, ensuring thorough documentation and accurate reporting of findings.

• Training & Awareness

• Conduct site-specific HSSE training and awareness sessions for supervision staff and ensure that all site safety instructions are implemented before the start of new work.
• Documentation:
• Set up and maintain a comprehensive filing system for all HSSE records, including meeting minutes, inspection reports, and monthly safety reports.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Liaise with internal Quality & HSSE Sections, Project Managers, and contractor teams to ensure optimal HSSE performance and client satisfaction.
