Ronak International supplies marble, granite, ceramic, and quartz stone materials in the UAE for architects, designers, and homeowners.

Full-time, on-site Site Foreman role based in Sharjah.

Oversees site operations for stone installation and handling, ensuring safe, timely work that meets quality standards.

Supervise site teams, allocate tasks, and coordinate with project managers and contractors.
Monitor tools and heavy equipment; read drawings and inspect workmanship.
Manage site maintenance and housekeeping, enforce safety regulations, communicate progress, and resolve site issues.
Support continuous improvement in stone installation processes.

Strong supervisory, task-allocation, and site-coordination skills.
Experience with heavy equipment and tools used in construction and stone installation.
Communication skills for working with site teams, contractors, and management.
Practical carpentry and finishing skills; ability to oversee equipment and tool care.
Understanding of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Prior Site Foreman or similar experience in construction, fit-out, or stone/cladding works.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
A relevant technical qualification or diploma in construction, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
