Site Foreman – Interior Fit-Out

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret interior design drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Supervise daily site activities related to interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate and manage carpenters, painters, gypsum workers, flooring installers, joinery teams, and other fit-out trades.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors and obtain material quotations when required.
• Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
• Maintain records of site activities, materials, and workforce attendance.
• Communicate project updates and progress to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, and decoration works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
