Role overview
Experienced Site Foreman supervising and coordinating daily construction activities for villa projects.
The role leads workers and subcontractors to help complete projects on schedule and meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily villa construction activities on site.
- Manage and monitor workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other teams.
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Check materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily work.
- Report daily progress, site issues, and work delays to management.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety practices at the construction site.
- Assist in resolving site-related technical and operational issues.
Requirements
- At least five years of construction experience; villa project experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- UAE driving licence is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
