Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Site Foreman** to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in labor management, material coordination, and site reporting, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site labor teams to ensure productivity and quality of work.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities.
- Arrange, track, and manage construction materials to ensure timely availability and minimize wastage.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor work progress and report any delays, issues, or resource requirements.
- Maintain proper records of manpower, materials, and site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to project specifications and schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman in construction projects.
- Strong labor management and team leadership skills.
- Experience in material planning, handling, and site logistics.
- Ability to prepare accurate and timely site reports.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve site-related issues efficiently.
- **Valid driving license (mandatory).**
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction practices.
