Site supervision and coordination
- Supervise daily site activities and allocate manpower according to work priorities and Site/Project Engineer instructions.
- Coordinate workers, skilled tradesmen, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and engineer instructions.
- Monitor productivity and achievement of planned targets; coordinate work fronts to reduce idle manpower.
- Check availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower before activities begin.
Construction delivery and reporting
- Coordinate civil and architectural work, including concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, screed, tiling, painting, and finishing.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and rework.
- Report progress, manpower, material shortages, delays, and technical issues to the Site/Project Engineer.
- Maintain daily records of manpower, completed activities, equipment utilization, and site issues.
Quality, safety, and protection
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of work areas.
- Ensure workers follow PPE requirements, safety procedures, toolbox talks, and HSE instructions.
- Prevent unauthorized or unsafe work and immediately report safety concerns.
- Monitor workmanship and arrange correction of defective work before inspection; assist with consultant or client inspection preparation.
- Protect company materials, tools, machinery, and equipment, and protect completed work from damage.
- Carry out other site-related duties assigned by the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
Pay
- The description lists pay of AED 2,500–5,900 per month; the structured salary field gives AED 2,500 per month.
