Full-time Site Foreman role based in Abu Dhabi with an on-site work arrangement.
Oversees site operations and construction and maintenance work, ensuring safe, timely, quality delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma in civil engineering or a relevant construction discipline.
- Valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in construction site supervision.
- Good knowledge of site works and safety procedures.
- Ability to manage laborers, assign tasks, monitor progress, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate work crews.
- Organize labor and equipment, supervise subcontractors, and monitor progress.
- Resolve site issues with project engineers and supervisors.
- Check materials and tools and enforce health and safety procedures.
- Maintain site documentation and reports and comply with company policies and client requirements.
- Communicate with management and clients, provide status updates, and support continuous improvement in site processes.
