Role
Oversee day-to-day operations on interior fit-out and renovation sites.
Support execution from mobilization through final handover.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily progress and allocate resources.
- Inspect workmanship and help resolve technical or onsite issues with project managers and engineers.
- Communicate with stakeholders, provide updates, and address concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring on construction or fit-out sites.
- Hands-on experience with relevant heavy equipment and tools, including safe operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Effective verbal and written communication with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintenance skills for identifying defects and overseeing repairs.
- 3–4 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction; UAE or GCC experience preferred.
- UAE driving licence required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Able to work under time constraints, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high quality standards.
