Full-time Site Engineer/Supervisor role in the Interior Fit Out department, handling fit-out projects and day-to-day operations across sites.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate clients, sites, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, including negotiating prices.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure documents are received.
- Manage fit-out, refurbishment, and design-and-build project scope, procurement, communication, time, and risk.
- Enforce site procedures, health and safety measures, and quality standards; prepare plans and track progress.
- Manage project budgets and coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and contractors.
- Use industry practices and standards; submit regular production updates on activities, target deviations, returns, and related issues.
Requirements
- At least five years of interior fit-out and joinery project experience.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation, estimation, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and production timelines.
- Leadership and organizational skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of authority submission documentation, including DM, DDA, and Trakhees.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Compensation
- The description lists pay of AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
