Requirements
- Own valid UAE Visa
• Valid UAE Driving License
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in steel fabrication and erection projects in the UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise steel fabrication and erection activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.
- Plan daily site activities and monitor workforce productivity.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations.
- Inspect completed work and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment requirements.
- Attend site meetings and provide project updates.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication and structural drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.
