Site Engineer – Interior & MEP Works role supervising site activities and ensuring work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Responsibilities
- Supervise fit-out and MEP activities; coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor civil, partition, ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP works.
- Check measurements, materials, and workmanship; resolve site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Track progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and maintain drawings, checklists, and site records.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals; ensure HSE and site safety compliance.
- Complete assigned work on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out and MEP works; good knowledge of interior finishing and MEP systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications; AutoCAD knowledge required.
- MS Office knowledge preferred; UAE driving license advantageous.
- Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work with multiple teams.
Pay
- AED 4,000–7,000 per month.
