Join us as Site Engineer – Pipes & Fittings: lead fire stopping on site, read drawings, coordinate multi-site work, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery with clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- ------------------------
- Execute and supervise Fire Stopping site activities in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and company quality standards.
- Review project drawings, method statements, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation at site.
- Plan and manage daily site operations, including manpower allocation, work schedules, and progress monitoring.
- Handle multiple project sites simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and completion of works.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and approved procedures.
- Monitor site productivity, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates as required by management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams to ensure proper execution of fire stopping works.
- Support overall project planning, coordination, and successful delivery within the defined schedule.
Minimum Requirements
- ------------------------
- Experience in Fire Stopping site execution and coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and manage site-related activities effectively.
- Good knowledge of site production, quality control, and inspection procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
