Role Summary:

Overseeing site operations, managing resources, and ensuring that all joinery work meets the highest quality standards

Project Coordination: Collaborate with project In charge, designers, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of joinery projects. Review project plans, blueprints

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist the Project Managers in executing all project requirements according to the company standards ensuring that quality health and safety policies are strictly implemented.
• Undertake survey and site settings.
• Manpower management.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Monitoring and interpreting the design and drawings supplied by the design department.
• Ability to interpret project schedules and adhere to agreed timelines. Report lapse in time due to specific factors.
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed is as per specifications. Report in case of discrepancies.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Responsible for overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
• Observance of safety requirements.
• Quality control in accordance with approved method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.
• Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
• Preparing record drawings, technical reports, site diary.
• Provide daily site updates to project manager with photographs and progress of work at site.
• Coordinate and plan authority inspections and approvals.

Ability to commute/relocate: • Abudhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mussafah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

• JOINERY: 2 years (Required)
