Role overview
Site Engineer role supporting interior fit-out project execution and delivery.
Site and project coordination
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP works; plan and update project schedules.
- Monitor progress, site activities, manpower, and resource allocation.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents before execution.
- Coordinate design changes and site issues with consultants and subcontractors.
- Plan resources and monitor procurement to ensure timely material delivery.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate inspections, snagging, testing, and handover; work with the Project Manager on successful delivery.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE.
- Able to join immediately.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
