Role overview
Seeking a Site Engineer with strong experience in high-end fit-out and construction projects.
The role requires a technically aware, practical multitasker able to manage site activities, subcontractors, procurement, and commercial coordination.
Role responsibilities
- Handle site activities for high-end interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors and multiple trades.
- Source and procure subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage commercial coordination and negotiate with subcontractors.
- Understand drawings and site requirements to support technical delivery.
- Independently manage technical, procurement, and site responsibilities.
Candidate requirements
- Experience in high-end interior fit-out projects; construction experience is an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand drawings and site requirements.
- Ability to source and procure subcontractors and suppliers.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to close deals with subcontractors.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage site activities independently.
- UAE driving licence and own car are required.
- Good communication and coordination skills; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- A practical, hands-on approach and ability to manage technical and procurement/site responsibilities are preferred.
Pay
- AED 5,000–12,000 per month.
