Site Engineer Fit out
About This Role
We are a fast-growing, high-performing fit-out company in Abu Dhabi seeking a Senior Site Engineer with strong Project Management capability to join our team.
This role is for a results-driven professional who can take full ownership of site operations and deliver projects to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years UAE experience in fit-out projects (mandatory)
- Proven experience in the Western Region is highly preferred
- Strong background in project management and site execution
- Solid knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO standards
- Extensive experience in submittals, approvals, and technical documentation
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead site teams effectively
- Strong experience in cost control, budgeting, and project tracking
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for site execution and delivery
- Lead coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure strict compliance with quality, HSE, and project timelines
Control project costs while maintaining high-quality standards
Drive performance, solve site challenges, and ensure smooth operations
