- The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management experience, and the ability to coordinate construction activities efficiently.
- ✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
- Prepare site reports, work schedules, and progress updates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment effectively
- Verify measurements and ensure accurate execution of work
