GST International is seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated
Site Engineer
to join our growing team in
Dubai, UAE
.
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with project stakeholders, and supporting the successful execution of projects while maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards
- Prepare site reports, work schedules, and progress updates
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Verify measurements and ensure accurate execution of work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site execution
- **UAE experience is preferred**
Required Skills
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
