Site Engineer overseeing execution of ongoing and upcoming interior fit-out projects.
The company delivers commercial, residential, and hospitality interiors.
Site execution and coordination
- Manage daily site activities against approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labor teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain onsite safety and quality standards.
- Interpret design drawings, fit-out layouts, and material specifications; resolve technical site issues.
- Coordinate MEP services and verify installation against interior drawings.
- Attend client, consultant, landlord, and project manager meetings and implement site requirements.
- Maintain site reports, progress records, and snag lists; report delays and variations.
- Verify subcontractor progress for payment approvals.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of commercial and/or residential interior fit-out experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out detailing, MEP coordination, site sequencing, and finishes.
- Familiarity with Dubai regulations, authority approvals, and landlord and consultant site protocols.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple sites and subcontractors.
Preferred experience and tools
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Experience with shell-and-core and renovation sites is preferred.
- Familiarity with Wrike or MS Project is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
