Qualifications and experience
- B.E. or B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- The experience section specifies a minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience.
- The job requirements specify a minimum of 8–10 years of hands-on experience in actual site execution.
- Strong experience executing residential and commercial complexes is required.
Technical knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and execution methodologies, including architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Plan and monitor site work against project schedules and milestones.
- Ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, and required quality standards.
Site execution and coordination
- Supervise and manage actual on-site execution of residential and commercial construction projects.
- Ensure timely completion of construction activities according to the project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, structural consultants, PMC, and internal project teams.
- Coordinate site requirements, delays, and progress with the office and project management team.
Monitoring and reporting
- Monitor quality, workmanship, and productivity at the site.
- Verify quantities and measurements of completed work.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports and progress updates.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and resources, and ensure their proper utilization.
Site standards
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping at the project site.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month.
