Role overview
Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects across the city.
Construction oversight
- Conduct regular site visits to check safety, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor progress, identify obstacles, and take corrective action to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
BOQ, billing, and cost work
- Prepare BOQs and billing, including structural and earthwork quantity take-offs based on designs, drawings, and site measurements.
- Calculate upgrade costs based on current material market values and client or architect changes, coordinating with the execution team.
Stakeholder coordination and reporting
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout project timelines.
- Present status reports to management and stakeholders covering milestones, delays, risks, and opportunities.
Pay
- ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month.

Requirements
- Experience working on BOQs and billing.
- Experience with quantity take-offs for structure and earthwork based on designs, drawings, and site measurements.
