Role responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to determine project specifications; manage site engineers and supervisors.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and obtain permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
- Plan resources, budgets, project schedules, and construction phases; monitor material and equipment stocks.
- Hire contractors and staff, allocate responsibilities, and guide site workers.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports, including daily progress and quantity reports.
- Ensure client submissions, ISO documents, DPR, TBM, and other site records are completed and followed up.
- Maintain health and safety standards, report issues, and prepare monthly site bills with payment follow-up.
Technical knowledge
- The description specifies knowledge of BBS preparation.
Pay
- ₹12,000–₹35,000 per month.
