Site Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure all materials used and work performed meet quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Manage manpower and site scheduling efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.
• Prepare material requests, BOQs, and quantity estimations.
• Verify completed works for subcontractor and supplier payments.
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and approved budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of site execution, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in villas, apartments, commercial fit-outs, and landscaping projects is preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi municipality and community regulations is a plus.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
