The Site Engineer role covers batching plants and construction machinery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to assess equipment condition, identify technical issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities related to equipment installation, maintenance, repair, and commissioning.
- Identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems and coordinate troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with customers, technicians, mechanics, suppliers, and internal departments to address technical requirements.
- Identify required spare parts and verify specifications, dimensions, and compatibility with equipment.
- Prepare technical reports, site inspection reports, service records, and maintenance recommendations.
- Assist in preparing technical quotations, spare-parts lists, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams regarding technical specifications, spare-parts availability, and customer requirements.
- Monitor preventive maintenance activities and recommend repairs or replacement of defective components.
- Ensure site activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable technical standards.
- Provide technical assistance to customers and support resolution of equipment-related concerns.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.
