Role overview
Site Engineer position involving fitout, renovation, decorating, and construction project work.
Requirements
- Fitout works experience is needed.
- Renovation and decorating works experience is needed.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage parts of construction projects and oversee construction work; undertake surveys and set out sites.
- Check technical designs and drawings for accuracy and ensure they are followed correctly.
- Supervise contracted staff and ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects, quantity surveyors, and the project manager.
- Provide technical advice, solve site problems, prepare reports, and log progress.
- Ensure health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are followed.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
