Site Engineer requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the structural steel fabrication industry.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Experience handling labourers and completing work on time.
• Immediate availability to join.

Project Manager requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the structural steel fabrication industry.
• Strong background in structural engineering or civil engineering.
• Familiarity with STAAD, IDEA StatiCa, ETABS/BIM, and AutoCAD is preferred.

Contracts Manager requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the structural steel or fabrication industry.
• Strong experience in contract management, commercial negotiations, and project administration.
• Good understanding of contracts, variations, claims, payment terms, subcontractor agreements, and commercial documentation.

Project responsibilities

• Manage structural steel projects from planning through fabrication, erection, and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage project execution, scheduling, cost control, and coordination.

Contracts responsibilities

• Manage project costs, contractual obligations, claims, and compliance with agreed contract terms.
• Coordinate contract and commercial matters with project stakeholders.

Compensation

• The posting lists pay of AED 3,556.94–AED 12,173.75 per month.
• The structured salary field lists AED 3,556 per month.
