Full-time Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out role with Design Desk Interiors in Dubai, UAE.
The role manages daily site activities, coordinates project teams, monitors progress, and ensures work meets approved drawings, quality standards, and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Inspect workmanship for compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement to avoid delays.
- Identify site issues and coordinate resolution with relevant departments.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and site regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in UAE interior fit-out projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of fit-out works, finishing materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
- AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency are advantageous; a valid UAE driving licence is advantageous.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–5,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
