Site Execution & Supervision
- Execute and supervise electrical installation works for solar PV projects (DC & AC).
- Oversee installation of solar modules, string wiring, junction boxes, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and switchgear.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams for smooth site execution.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Electrical Systems & Commissioning
- Supervise DC cabling, AC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Perform testing and commissioning of inverters, transformers, panels, and protection systems.
- Carry out IR, continuity, polarity, and functional tests.
- Support grid synchronization and handover to client/utility.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety norms, project HSE policies, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain quality standards and conduct inspections as per QA/QC checklists.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues proactively.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), material reconciliation, and site documentation.
- Support project manager in tracking schedules and resolving execution challenges.
