About This Role
Hiring: Site Document Controller (Immediate Joiner) – Qatar
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team immediately in Qatar, with experience in the Life Safety field.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Qatar (mandatory)
- Proven experience in Life Safety projects (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred
- Must be available for immediate joining
- Candidates must be willing to transfer under company sponsorship
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all project documentation
- Ensure proper filing, tracking, and distribution of documents
- Coordinate with project teams for document submissions and approvals
- Maintain accurate records of revisions and updates
- Ensure compliance with company and project standards
