Site Clerk - Coop

At EBC, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to some of Canada's most impressive infrastructure projects, including bridges, highways, tunnels, hydroelectric facilities, and renewable energy projects. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced construction environment while working alongside experienced project teams.

Whether it's supporting the construction of major projects such as the Don Valley Crossings the REM, or large hydroelectric developments, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the site while developing valuable administrative and project coordination skills.

Assisting with the daily processing and verification of employee timesheets and payroll information;

Supporting the purchasing process for materials, supplies, and site requirements;

Creating and tracking purchase orders while helping reconcile invoices and delivery receipts;

Coordinating employee travel and accommodations for remote project locations;

Assisting with equipment logs and site documentation;

Preparing reports and supporting project administration activities;

Collaborating with project managers, supervisors, and field teams on various administrative and operational tasks;

Gaining exposure to construction project management processes and large-scale infrastructure operations.
