🚨 We Are Hiring: Civil Engineer (G+1 Eligibility – Dubai Projects)
We are expanding our construction operations in Dubai and are looking to onboard a qualified Civil Engineer who meets the eligibility criteria for G+1 building contracting classification with Dubai Municipality.
This is a key technical role that will play a critical part in our growth within the residential villa segment, including projects aligned with the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme.
🔹 Position: Civil Engineer (Construction – G+1 Projects)
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
- ✅ Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (attested)
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and approval processes
- Experience in villa / G+1 residential construction projects
- Ability to manage site execution, coordination, and inspections
- Familiarity with DM contractor classification requirements is a strong advantage
- 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee execution of G+1 villa projects from start to handover
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with all Dubai Municipality regulations
- Manage site progress, quality control, and reporting
- Support contractor classification and technical approvals

- Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations, codes, and approval procedures
- Practical expertise in G+1 residential villa construction and project lifecycle management
- Ability to handle end-to-end site execution , including planning, supervision, and handover
- Excellent coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities
- Knowledge of contractor classification requirements and technical documentation processes
- Strong skills in quality control, site inspections, and compliance management
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Effective project scheduling and progress monitoring capabilities
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage on-site challenges efficiently
- Good communication and reporting skills for stakeholder updates and documentation
- Familiarity with projects under the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme (preferred advantage)
