Site Civil Engineer
About This Role
We are looking for a Site Engineer – Civil to join our team for ongoing construction projects . This is an excellent opportunity for experienced site professionals with strong execution capabilities in structural and finishing works.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site activities including excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, blockwork, and finishing works
• Ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, foremen, and site teams for smooth project delivery
• Track site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements and attend inspections with consultants and clients
• Verify that all materials delivered to site meet approved technical specifications
• Enforce HSE standards in accordance with company policy and regulations
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and technical documentation
🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–7 years of relevant site engineering experience
• Strong understanding of construction standards, safety, and environmental regulations
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate technical drawings
• Strong communication, coordination, and site management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering software
