Job responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural components for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and structural integrity.
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations for construction projects.
- Review and approve structural drawings and specifications.
- Inspect sites to monitor construction progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and solutions during project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- At least 3 years of structural engineering experience; real estate development experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD Pro.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Employment and pay
- Job type: full-time.
- Pay: AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
