The employer is hiring a Site Civil Engineer for ongoing interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fit-out activities and coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
- Monitor civil, architectural, MEP coordination, and finishing work against approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare daily progress updates, monitor schedules, take site measurements, and check material quantities.
- Arrange manpower, materials, and site requirements; monitor workmanship and resolve site issues.
- Ensure site safety requirements are followed and attend meetings, inspections, and handover coordination.
- Help complete projects within required timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- UAE fit-out experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of interior fit-out, civil, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD/shop drawings.
- Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills; good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple project sites when required.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Salary
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,000 per month; the posting also says salary will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
