Role overview
Site-based Architect / Interior Designer sought for a hotel project in Dubai.
Qualifications and experience
- Architect or Interior Designer qualification.
- At least 10 years of work experience.
- Prior hotel interiors experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency across interior domains, including finishes, fit-out, FF&E, MEP and kitchen coordination.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the developer, operator, consultants and contractors.
- Validate shop drawings, materials and mockups; conduct site inspections.
- Report on project progress and assist with commercial issues.
