Site Architect

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction for compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, and approved architectural details.
• Resolve construction design issues with the design team.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate between the design office, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure code, regulation, and sustainability compliance; document progress through reports, photographs, and daily logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years in architectural design and site supervision, including at least 5 years on mixed-use, residential, and/or industrial projects in the UAE/GCC.
• UAE architect or architectural engineer registration preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, ADSSC/ADDC regulations, and municipal approvals.
• AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office proficiency required; BIM coordination familiarity is a plus.
• Strong architectural detail, communication, and drawing-interpretation skills.

Employment and pay

• Full-time position.
• Pay is AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
