Responsibilities

• Review construction-related architectural submissions against project specifications and oversee the assurance system.
• Lead and mentor team members and coordinate architectural elements across project disciplines.
• Review the current IFC package and perform QA/QC on drawings, identifying discrepancies, shortcomings, and scope gaps.
• Check plans, elevations, sections, details, finishes, standard details, and interfaces for completeness, compliance, and constructability.
• Review front-of-house, common, back-of-house, service-room, stair, corridor, handrail, and fire-escape details.
• Coordinate façade, landscape, interior design, lifts, MEP, acoustic, lighting, external fixtures, swimming pools, and parking requirements.
• Assess buildability and practicality and confirm compliance with statutory authority requirements.

What You Need

• At least 10 years of consultancy experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of finishing work, including painting, tiling, gypsum board installation, aluminium works, and woodworking.
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel, plus practical experience with scheduling software.
• Track record in architectural project management focused on finishing tasks and quality control.
• Experience with project scheduling and resource management using industry-standard software.
