Overview
- Design, install, configure, and maintain complex security systems including CCTV, Access Control, ANPR, and Intrusion Alarm Systems.
- Ensure all security system designs and installations strictly comply with the latest Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) guidelines and standards.
- Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings (AutoCAD), as-built drawings, and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
- Configure network settings, servers, and storage for IP-based security systems (including Video Guard connectivity).
- Conduct site surveys, estimate project material requirements, and assist in BOQ preparation.
- Lead the testing, commissioning, and client handover processes.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to site technicians and installation teams.
- Liaise directly with SIRA inspectors, clients, and main contractors regarding project approvals and compliance.
