Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a SIRA Certified Intrusion Alarm Engineer.
The selected candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting intrusion alarm systems in compliance with SIRA standards.
Key tasks include conducting site surveys, designing system layouts, performing regular maintenance and testing, ensuring system certifications, and providing technical support to clients.
Additionally, the role involves documentation, reporting, and collaborating closely with the project team, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in installation, configuration, and maintenance of intrusion alarm systems
- Sound knowledge of SIRA standards and obtaining building/facilities approvals
- Skills in structured cabling and networking
- Experience in troubleshooting and technical support for electronic security devices
- Ability to conduct site surveys, design system layouts, and complete required documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- SIRA Certification as an Intrusion Alarm Engineer is mandatory
- Experience with ELV systems, including CCTV, telecom, and gate automation, is highly desirable
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in a related field is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Dubai
