Simulation Technician, Harrogate
Role Overview
• Operational & Administrative Autonomy: Independently evaluates multi-campus program needs to formulate and execute logistical strategy, resource allocation, and travel schedules without direct day-to-day oversight. Determines project priorities, work hours, and site deployment to ensure seamless program execution.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Logistics Design: Serves as a primary operational liaison to program partners, advising academic leadership on logistics, exam flow design, and simulation space utilization to optimize educational outcomes.
• Standardization & Policy Implementation: Develops, implements, and enforces standardized operating procedures and safety protocols for simulation technology and laboratory environments across all designated campus locations.
• Technical & Instructional Consultation: Evaluates simulation technologies, recommends capital acquisitions, and collaborates with faculty to design and adapt technical setups to meet complex curricular goals.
