Job Summary
The Simulation Coordinator will manage and coordinate simulation projects, ensuring smooth execution of simulation activities, proper setup of systems, and effective communication between technical teams and clients.
This role requires a strong understanding of simulation workflows, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate simulation projects from planning through execution and delivery
- Schedule and manage simulation sessions, testing activities, and training programs
- Liaise with engineers, developers, and clients to ensure requirements are clearly defined
- Prepare simulation environments, data inputs, and system configurations
- Monitor simulation runs and ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability
- Maintain documentation for simulation models, processes, and results
- Assist in troubleshooting simulation issues and coordinating resolutions
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Prepare reports and summaries of simulation outcomes for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Previous experience in simulation, technical coordination, or project coordination roles
- Understanding of simulation software, modeling tools, or training systems
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in engineering simulations, training simulators, or digital modeling
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a technical and fast-paced environment
