Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Qatar construction projects
- Strong experience in shuttering and formwork activities
- Ability to manage and supervise workforce at site
- Experience in coordinating daily site activities and productivity
- Knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
- Must be capable of handling manpower, materials, and work progress
- Immediate joiners highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise shuttering carpenter team and daily operations
- Ensure work execution as per project schedule and quality standards
- Coordinate with site engineers and project team
- Monitor safety compliance and workforce discipline
- Maintain daily progress and manpower reports
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Candidates must have Qatar construction project experience
- Strong workforce management capability is mandatory
