About This Role
Baytonia is looking for a motivated and experienced Showroom Supervisor to lead our showroom operations and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow
* Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve targets
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
* Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations professionally
Requirements:
* Proven experience in retail or showroom supervision
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Sales-driven with the ability to achieve KPIs
* Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
